We use this data to create and manage your account, personalize content and improve the service. We also use your approximate country, derived from your connection, to show you the operators available in your jurisdiction. In the United States we show only those licensed in your state; outside the United States we show the available market, which may include operators without a local licence. Verifying whether betting is lawful where you live is your responsibility; we never store your IP address. We do not sell your personal data. The only information sent to a third party is the measurement of our own advertising campaigns, and only if you arrived through one of those platforms; you can turn it off under “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial: if you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or the Stripe management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no penalty. If you change your mind after the first charge, you may request a full refund of that first charge within the following 14 days (this includes, for users in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal recognized under consumer protection law). To cancel, request a refund, or resolve any question about a charge, write to us at soporte@aivantix360.com (provisional support email, pending final confirmation). Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); additional taxes may apply depending on your billing jurisdiction. Nothing above limits the rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer, which prevail over this text in case of conflict.
