We do not sell our users’ data. The only thing that leaves Vantix360 for a third party is the measurement of our own campaigns, and only if you arrived through one of those platforms. Here we explain exactly what that is, and you can turn it off with one click.
Your data is for internal use only: it serves to provide you the service and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not transfer it, and we do not hand it to third parties for them to use on their own account.
If you reached Vantix360 through an ad on Meta or TikTok, we tell that platform the sign-up was completed, so we know which campaign worked. The event and your encrypted email (SHA-256) are sent, never in the clear. It is measurement of our campaigns, not a handover of your information for them to exploit.
Even so, California law classifies that transmission as “sharing”, even though we are not paid for it and even though it only measures our own campaigns. We would rather tell you and give you the switch than hide behind a technicality.
Your bankroll, your logged bets, your history, your performance and your betting preferences are not shared with anyone, neither advertisers nor sportsbooks. Vantix360 is not a sportsbook, does not take bets and does not handle your money.
