Cookie and Consent Policy — aivantix360

1. What cookies are
Small files your browser stores to remember information. We also use similar technologies (localStorage, tracking pixels, SDKs).
2. Categories we use
Essential (no consent required — ePrivacy-exempt): session/login (Supabase), language and theme preference, age-gate result, access cookie, consent-banner state. Basis: legitimate interest / technical necessity.
Analytics (consent required): Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*). Advertising/marketing (consent required): Meta Pixel (_fbp), TikTok Pixel (_ttp), Google Ads tags.
Indicative durations: session → until logout; preferences → 12 months; _ga → 14 months; _fbp/_ttp → between 90 days and 13 months per provider. The exact table will be completed with a cookie scanner before final publication.
3. Consent Mode v2 (how our banner works)
On first visit from the EEA/UK/Switzerland (and by global default), everything non-essential is DENIED: analytics_storage=denied, ad_storage=denied, ad_user_data=denied, ad_personalization=denied.
The banner offers three equally prominent actions: Accept all, Reject all, Customize. No pre-ticked boxes, and the site works the same if you reject. Only after you "Accept" do the Consent Mode v2 signals update and GA4/Meta/TikTok load. We log your choice (date, banner version) as evidence.
In California and other U.S. states: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale/sharing" and provide the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
4. How to revoke or change your choice
1) "Cookie settings" link in the footer (reopens the panel anytime; revoking is as easy as accepting). 2) Delete cookies in your browser (Settings → Privacy). 3) Provider opt-outs: Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and myadcenter.google.com), Meta (Ad preferences), TikTok (Ads settings). 4) GPC signal enabled in your browser (honored automatically).
Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. More about data and rights: /legal/privacidad.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. Contact: soporte@aivantix360.com (provisional email).
